How will we use the information about you?

a.) If you do register, any information you may provide such as e-mail address, first name and last name, company name and position may be used to manage your account, fulfill your requests for information, products, services and / or to update you on any product announcement or any other information you may wish to have. 

b.) On our website, you are given the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. In this case, the personal data of your e-mail address, first name and last name are transmitted to us for processing, as provided by the subscription form on our website used for this purpose.

We shall inform our subscribers, customers and business partners at regular intervals via newsletter about new offers in our portfolio and from our company. Our newsletter can only be received by you if you (1) have a valid e-mail address and (2) have subscribed and registered to the receiving of our newsletter. Prior to a first reception of our newsletter, a confirmation e-mail shall be sent to the e-mail address entered by you in the subscription form using the double opt-in procedure. Albatross World Sales generally does not provide any personal information, which you have provided, to third parties. On occasion we do use other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as mailing and delivery services. On these occasions we will only provide these companies with information essential to the provision of this service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. The subscription to our newsletter can be cancelled by the subscriber at any time. For the purpose of the revoke, you shall find a corresponding link on the bottom of every newsletter. It is also possible at any time to unsubscribe from the newsletter dispatch by informing us in any other way, such as e-mail, fax or letter.

Albatross World Sales recognizes your rights surrounding personal data.  As such, we understand that you have the right to:

• request access to all personal information being stored,

• dispute decisions made by automated systems regarding the processing of your data (if in use),

• object, i.e. you have the right to complain about us if you feel we have not adequately protected your data.
